Printing

If you make a custom printed order by supplying your own image, your order will be placed into our printing queue.

Typically your order will be printed and processed within 4 business days. However during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances this time could be extended. If you wish to cancel your order due to long processing times please contact us via email at custommousepadsaustralia@gmail.com.

 

Shipping

Our orders are printed and shipped from our partner factory in China, they have the fastest turn around. We have found them to be extremely reliable.

If you believe your product has been lost in transit please refer to your tracking number again and then contact us at support@custommousepad.com.au.

For Australian customers once your parcel enters Australia your parcel will be delivered by AusPost. Please note that once your items are shipped they are out of our control.
